Fashion Showcase!!!

Last night I participated in a fashion showcase put on by a group on my school's campus called Fashion Menagerie. The showcase was for students to show off some of their works and projects. The entire showcase was nice, great atmosphere and good people. We even had a special guest, a designer named April who was featured on two seasons (Season 8 & All Stars Season) of Project Runway. April was very nice she mingled with people, came around to all the different student's tables. We had models do a mini walk through of the room to show off pieces. Over all it was room full of amazing talent and wonderful company.   Here are some pics from last nights event.

My Magazine

So for the past few months I've been hard at work, working on a magazine. The magazine was for my CAD class, it introduced me to photo shop and some much more. I became a stylist, designer, photographer, trend searcher, and last but not least an editor. The experience itself was fun and challenging at times but overall good. I am now a proud owner of my own magazine called F.O.U.R, here's a little look at some of the pages.

So recently I haven't been able to blog as much because of the lack of time in my busy schedule. What can I say being a full time fashion major student with a part time job while working on pieces for a school fashion show. When I go to sleep at night I tell myself "It will all pay off in the end". So when I do have free time in between classes and homework I try to get on Pinterest ( I love that site) and Polyvore. After the fashion show I will be sure to post pics of my pieces. :)
